Tranquil IT has been dedicated to producing fanless enclosures since 2003 at our state-of-the-art facility in Manchester. Meticulously designed, our high-quality enclosures start as solid blocks of aluminum, which are then precision-cut using our CNC milling machines. After undergoing an anodizing process and stringent quality inspections, the enclosures are embellished with branding and markings using our advanced laser engraving machine. Subsequently, the electronic components are integrated, and the entire system is subjected to thorough burn tests to ensure optimal performance and cooling efficiency.
